Yesterday several Auxiliary families met together at Steed's Dairy for an afternoon of fun. We went last year and had a blast! Yesterday was pretty busy, but we managed and the boys crashed early last night. Of course, that's always a nice thing! I had girl's night to celebrate the fall birthdays, so Mark was able to take advantage of the early bedtimes. Yes, it was Anderson's birthday too! He enjoyed his day. When he woke up, I heard him say, "Today is my birthday!" I thought it was sweet. When Bently woke, he said, "Today is Bubba's birthday! Mine is Halloween." These boys have really been in to birthdays this year. I'll often here phrases like, "When I was your age..." Hello, you are both the same age now! Or "Look, see how tall I am now or see how big my hands are now." Funny boys!
When in Louisiana a few weeks ago, I let them make cupcakes and invited family over for a "fake" party or at least that's what Bently called it. Several were able to make it, but a few could not. We just have to make the most of it because it is super duper hard to see everyone. Anyways, here are a few pictures from that day too.
Have a good night and love to you all,
Amber
